You FOOLS! Always with the new uni dreams. It AIN'T happening. That was just the Temple corch talking out of the side of his mouth after he conned us into hiring him. You're all almost as delusional as the morons that say Dahhhna should explore jumping on the Beckham bandwagon. Talk about another thing that's NEVER happening. Get over it. Can we resume calling for D'Onofrio's firing now, please? I haven't hit my daily quota of discounting everything that goes on with the program as a result of the poor defense.
That said, if they're smart they'll unveil these at the Spring Game to drum up excitement. Have something available for on-site purchase. That might get the fashion bandwagoneers to at least show up. I've seen us attempt to get sneakerheads to hoops games with some show in the concourse of the BUC.

Probably the latter. It's been posted here, there, and everywhere that we're looking at:
3 colors for the helmet (white/orange/green)
4 colors for jersey/pants (white/orange/green/anthracite)
...so I'm guessing white will still be in the scheme, unless Orange is going to be our lighter color for the road, and Green/Anthracite our darker home colors...which would be an abomination.

I guess I might be in the minority here, but I like the Smoke unis (2 caveats, though...mentioned after the pics):
1) I don't like the idea of messing with the helmets, generally. These would be better to me if the "U" wasn't so big or glittery, and it looks a touch crooked/bent.
2) Need some pants to match. As far as I can tell, we wore our regular white pants...which is kinda weak. If we're gonna switch it up, don't half-*** it.
Otherwise, I like the grays as an alternate (i.e. wouldn't want to wear them often, but instead have a nice set of base uniforms and go to these infrequently).
What I really like about these is the slanted numbers on the shoulders. That's dope, and I've never seen it before.

Agreed and I hope you're right. I never got overly excited about the stormtrooper option but I never minded it and the school seemingly favored it so I highly doubt white would be phased out.
We do need to revisit the smoke helmet though. Can't stand the logo on that.

***** gray we're not Oklahoma St. Go all black like the basketball team. Black pants, black jerseys, black helmets (yea bro), black socks & black cleats. It'd look sick with the green & orange highlights.

Yea, black & orange/green is definitely more bad *** than gray. Those basketball uniforms were boss.
Take that and make them football jerseys.
But I agree, they better stop ****ing around with the pants. You can't switch up our entire image and leave the pants the same. That's some bootleg ****. If they do gray jerseys, do gray pants. If they do black jerseys, do black pants. Whoever thought of using those white pants with gray jerseys needs to be fired.
Also quit messing with the names on the back of the jerseys. Don't write "Hurricanes." Give these kids some recognition, not everyone knows every player on the team.
