I also like the fact that so many guys are willing to come aboard not knowing if the UM adminstration is committed to him long term if we dont have the type of season we all hope. (the fan base **** sure isnt. LOL)

I remember Golden having a tough time getting big time assistant coaches to come join his staff. Randy Shannon too. Coaches knew they were walking dead men. For Manny to assemble this level of talent on the defensive coaching staff leads me to believe they know Manny can build something special here and they buy in.
