Was anyone aware of this?

Jennings and McCloud were the starters when North Carolina ran for 554 yards, the most allowed by Miami in school history, on their way to piling up 778 yards, also a school-record, in the regular season finale. However, a number of linebackers saw action in the game and also are deserving of blame including Corey Flagg leading the group with 43 defensive snaps, but not recording a tackle.

Jennings (37 snaps), McCloud (30), Sam Brooks (22), Waynmon Steed (19), Avery Huff (6), and Tirek Austin-Cave (4) also saw action against the Tar Heels.

For all the positive pub Flagg received in 2020, he never unseated Jennings and did not record a tackle against UNC. Meanwhile, Jennings had an INT wiped away on a bogus penalty and had a sack in the bowl game.

Maybe this has been shared as some really good insight into what T Will gets out of his players. A LOT.

Not a huge fan of this pod but the AU beat writer as a guest hooked me. Great listen.
