1) it'll be a cold day in **** if he went to UF

2) That's what is going to make it interesting and is also why she should keep recruiting him. Even though he'll come in with a loaded DB class, these guys like to win and don't wanna play on a 6-6 team. TBH until he shows a little more interest, I'm willing to bet he ends up at FSU because at least he know they'll win next year when Francois come back

Please reconcile for me your concern that Surtain might be scared off by the thought of competing with other elite DBs at UM then wind up at FSU where they recruit elite DBs every year too?

Personally, I'm not concerned about it. Kids think like that now a days and to think they don't is pretty idiotic. I only said right now he'll choose FSU over us right now because he has a higher interest in them...

First of all, I wasn't asking you if you're concerned. I was asking you to reconcile why you think Surtain might not come here because he's scared of competing with elite DB recruits but he'd go to FSU where they recruit at the same level.

I don't doubt that some kids seek places where there is less competition. Those kids don't go to FSU or Alabaga or places like that though.

How do you know that Surtain has a higher interest in FSU than he does us? Just wondering if you know something concrete on that.

Surtain has said a million times that lsu and fsu are his top 2 schools and he never talks about miami. And he didn't put miami in his list of top schools.

It's not a million but majority of time when he speaks to these reporters and they ask him to list his favorite schools per usual he does say LSU and FSU...but he does talk about us to the canes reporters and say we do recruit him and take time to show him attention...

Can anyone share Ivins report? It says that he locked in an OV to us, but did he set OVs to anywhere else? Stampini says he's considering an OV to FSU
