Huntley looked good yesterday, really good back-up for Lamar as they don't have to change the offensive approach.
QBs and players across the state, we have a few up here in ventral Florida that’s being overlooked that have put up some very impressive numbers over the high school careersDon’t sleep on South Florida QBs.
He's already better than many of the QBs who started yesterday.Huntley looked good yesterday, really good back-up for Lamar as they don't have to change the offensive approach.
I'll admit I liked what I saw from Huntley, needs to work on ball placement a little bit to give the WR's a chance to work after the catch but id played hard. He's already better than many of the QBs who started yesterday.
Yeah not perfect but solid. Looking at his college stats I’m surprised he wasn’t drafted. 73% completion his senior year, 19 pass tds, 4 int, and 5 rushing tdsI'll admit I liked what I saw from Huntley, needs to work on ball placement a little bit to give the WR's a chance to work after the catch but id played hard.
WellHuntley will play in the league
As a Washington fan, I like him better than Heinecke (who could go into 2022 as their starter again, give the relatively weak QB draft upcoming). I don't see the Ravens letting him go though. Perfect #2 behind Lamar.one of the dopest things is to look back at these list and see the pros that have come from them, some of the kids you wouldn't have thought would be pros ... huntley made himself some money and in a league thirstin for qbs, somebody gone give him an opportunity ... washington, seattle, pitt, somewhere
The super athletic ones for sure.Don’t sleep on South Florida QBs.
None. There's definitely been a drought, which I mentioned in my QB write-up. It goes in waves. The super athletic ones for sure.
The problem is, there’s a big gap in classes, you’ll get a handful of Bridgewater’s, Lamar’s & Huntley’s & then there will be like a 4-5 year gap between the next group that are actually any good.
Since the class of 2016, how many South FL QB’s have actually been good enough to start at Miami?
Is Jacurri Brown an example of this type of QB to you?None. There's definitely been a drought, which I mentioned in my QB write-up. It goes in waves.
I'm just saying we can't be letting these dudes leave when they do have the tools. Six South Florida QBs started games in the NFL this year and we didn't get any of them. At worst, a kid like Tyler Huntley is the perfect guy to be the second QB in your class.

Jacurri is a big-time guy to me. He's already ranked as a blue chipper but even that might be out of date after his senior year.Is Jacurri Brown an example of this type of QB to you?
I checked out hard on recruiting this year but he gives me that impression
You can do it if it's a three-star type.In theory, sure, but how many big time programs are getting 2 QBs in a class these days? I guess with someone like Huntley who obviously didn't have a ton of big-time offers, you could sell him on staying home and being a 2nd QB, but I feel like the days of signing multiple QBs in the same cycle are just about done. These kids want to play right away and if they don't, they haul *** immediately.
Gotcha. That’s exciting. When we first got him I know there were some questions about him like he was a projectJacurri is a big-time guy to me. He's already ranked as a blue chipper but even that might be out of date after his senior year.
I agree with that completely.None. There's definitely been a drought, which I mentioned in my QB write-up. It goes in waves.
