Tyler Huntley, QB, Hallandale (2016)

ZachMoss played alot for them last year. They also got Simpkins at Wr from Miramar/Hallandale.

That trip to south florida worked out for UTAH

Huntley looks real good so far against BYU. Another local kid we overlooked; he's a spread guy, but he looks like he could've been our stater this year if we'd taken him.

389 yards and a lot of spectacular throws and runs.

Yeah but Huntley was not really good until this year.

2019 is the first year he didn't miss games for injury. Eventhough he completion percentage was good as a soph and junior, his yards per pass were low as was his passing TDs (never higher than 15). As bad as Jarren has been in some weeks, his QB rating this year is better than Huntley's first 3.

It took the kid 4 years to really develop. Around here, it seems like the moment someone doesn't by year 2, he's a jag and would have been passed up.

David Yost was OC at Utah State not Univ of Utah and now he is OC at Texas Tech.

I am aware of this detail. Dude gave Utah fits when they squared up against his offenses.

I’m just frustrated like all of us at the Larry Coker, Pat Nix, Mark Whipple, Manolo Coley, Dan Enos’ ineptitude that we’ve been forced to endure for **** near 30 years now.

How we could be this ****e on offense given our proximity to beast athletes that love to have their hands on the rock I will never know.

We are the definition of insanity as a program. We went from bucking, then setting the trend to living in a perpetual downward trend.

Wasn’t really around at this time, but my man @DMoney nailed this eval.

Need to be nailing our evaluations if we ever want to compete on the big stage. Huntley would’ve been a perfect developmental kid if the staff had seen the potential.

This is what they’re here for.

He looked good, i got so mad after the bull**** PI call they just gifted to Rodgers that i quit watching. Wish I hadn't but NFL refs are so bad now and will just try to give games to the big name QB's. They need younger refs who can actually see.
