They actually did bench him and well-deserved. Zaquan played much better at the strong side in place of him and Williams played much better as the free safety in place of meesh, who played much better at his natural nickel position.

Guidry actually made the adjustments thank God:

1. Benched Baron
2. Put Mesidor outside
3. Got Moten more reps at DT
4. Went more 4-3 alignment
5. Got Pruitt more reps at LB

If Alston is ready next week no reason for Baron to play at all. Time to start Moten next to Barrow. And keep the 4-3 with Pruitt starting alongside Kiko & Wes. Would love to see Popo play over Kiko but with the politics involved to keep his lil bro Francis happy that won't happen. Guidry deserved to be roasted after Ga Tech but he made great adjustments. Let's see how he handles the pressure of Cuse.

Saw him outside stadium after game. He was fine physically, didn’t look happy though. I hate it for him, seems like a good dude. But clearly something wasn’t working on that line.

Eff him. He is being paid a good deal of NIL money and he's hurting the team with his selfishness and undisciplined play. It took too long to replace him and not give a kid like Mesidor the end spot. #9 has been a flop for most of the season. He belongs in the arena football league. Garbage

i gotta rewatch the game this week but it looked like Kiko was benched for a bit and then came back strong? If true that’s another good sign

The Mesidor move back to DE was huge. He was awesome yesterday now that some other guys have been stepping up at DT. I’d like to see Horton stay healthy and Cook keep stepping up and at least hold the middle so we don’t have to **** around at DE all the time

I agree. If you are not starting for your college team, your chances of being a day one or two pick goes down tremendously. Bench these clowns if they can't get right. They are upperclassmen.

I might be way off here but watching our games I think Guidry has been wanting guys to step up all year. He’s tried to get others involved and frankly they’ve mostly sucked. Tough to put too much into a Wake Forest game but there were definitely some signs of life. Would be good to get Alston and Brown back for this one. Alston plays with a very high IQ

What about Bain , I think he needs more rest every time I ask or critique his play people here say he’s healing and needs time to rest and recover with therapy on sideline with Pilates type strength exercises?

I’m not sure we can pla7 a 4-3 against ‘Cuse. They utilize 4 wide quite a bit. We will likely be in Nickel for most of the game.
