0% chance the NCAA makes Bama the 1st real example due to tampering. They didn’t even go after USC last season when it was obvious they tampered with Addison.

Multiple players and their families all the way up into the athletic department. I had to warn a kid I've known him and his family for years to steer clear because they offered him a small NIL to talk with them and do interviews. He still wanted to do it because he had nothing in NIL - so I met with someone in the athletic department and compliance with the family to go over it to see what he was allowed to do and allowed to talk about - they said steer clear because of a recent issue they had with them and what kids were telling them in interviews (and probably off-camera) and they put out there in public - actually think it was a kid from another school and they baited him into saying he heard from Miami and it made us look like we were tampering. Then, they had another issue where they had a kid give an interview and he said he was on campus during whatever dates he said and talking to coaches.. those dates were a dead period. The athletic department and communications has come across a ton of instances of them making stuff up and leaking info they're not supposed to.

Still kids doing stuff for them and talking to them but they've been advised against it.

Wonder why practices are as limited as they have been and why their content has fallen off from this time last year? There you go. They stay burning bridges just like Tucker and Ferman and they reward Gaby, Lake, and Manny to stay and watch practice and get exclusive access because they do what they want them to do.

Wasn't hard to identify the channel to go through to leak it. Footballville/Caneville would share anything for some clout.

Ironically, this thread has reminded how accurate this statement is. Mario or whoever the HC is has to overcome so many barriers to become successful here.

I don’t doubt this was said, but it definitely wasn’t from me.

The transfer portal taketh and giveth. It’s entirely possible we can get a guy that would get us to 7 or 8 wins like TVD would.
