That seems like a pretty accurate list.

People clown them for the guys like Chiles and Moore but those guys have that rating because they were 5* players that were only one year removed from high school and hadn’t done anything to show they were a bust. So you can only drop them so far.

But the established QBs they gave a 4* rating to as college players, played like it at their new schools according to that list.

Hahaa 🤦🏾‍♂️. I was about to say he is probably rated that high because of stats but then you said Luke is number 1. They are just making up stuff now.
