To be clear, I wasn't saying Coley was a more talented player than Duke. He's not, yet.

I thought these rankings were based on recent performance, not talent. And in the last two games, Coley has outperformed Duke.

Agree.

lol getting tired the new yorker on this board. always seems to be at the center of it all

he asked a pretty good question.

An argument could certainly be made.

I dont think Duke is #1 on an overall or offensive power ranking up to this point. Duke gon Duke, but as of right now he is what defenses are focusing on so he is making less of an impact on the games statistically.

P, you contradict yourself here a bit, brutha. Him being the focal point of other defenses is a major impact. This allows for other ninjas to shine. That is why this is power rankings and not statistical rankings. Just like Clowney. His stats aren't mind-blowing but every teammate on that front seven are reaping benefits.

Top six in no order are Duke, Howard, Perryman, Hurns, porter and
Chick

wasnt intending on being contradictory, and I understand that Duke being the focal point makes him impactful in that sense, but I was talking more along the lines of singular impact. Duke opens things up, but those other guys have to make plays. I see what your saying, and I do think as the season wears on its only a matter of time before Duke starts to bust some big ones.

The schedule has been weak so far besides the Florida game, so that is the game I would mostly look at. In the other games, it's highlight after highlight. Pretty much everyone putting on a show.

Defense: Perryman, Chick, Porter, Pierre, Howard, McCord (but it has been the D-line in the middle that allows everyone else in the defense to shine)
Offense: 1. Morris, 2. Duke,
Coley wasn't a factor in the Florida game so he shouldn't even make a list (but I am ready for him to break out on the ACC competition). The Oline disappeared in the Florida game.

Duke wouldn't even have to touch the ball to be our most important player.

Pretty fun to compare this team with a couple years ago huh? Good to actually have multiple game changers.

how does our offense look without duke? thats why, imo, duke should be the best offensive performer on a power ranking list. also, real happy coley is getting reps and playing well after the FAU game. hes a stud.
