You do realize that being organized is what leads to everything else, right? Not the other way. It was an organization PLAN that Belichick did what he did. He had a plan for what he does. He doesn't do the opposite. Surrounding himself with the right people and continuity is part of his plan. Everything fits into the PLAN. ORGANIZATION is the FOUNDATION, not the ICING. Everything revolves around it. Shannon had no organization. It's why he had Nix, looked up Whipple on the internet, and had no idea what he was doing, mainly, because he wasn't organized.

Nites, funny how you say that "organization" is overrated, then go on to suck Saban's **** and Belichick's, who are possibly the two most organized, attention to the smallest details in the game. The only coach I know who had more attention to detail than both of these two was Bill Walsh. Yeah, but you're right. Organization and paying attention to small details is overrated. So what is it? Is attention to detail and organization what made Saban and Belichick great, or was it that they were mad at Press Conferences, even though they speak with proper grammar, syntax and can use proper sentence structure. I could be throwing this question out of the woodworks here, but you completely just contradicted yourself.

Saban and Bellecheck also have great players and surround themselves with good/great people. Being orginized is just icing on the cake, bottom of the barrel type stuff.

Attention to detail is a coaching attribute that is neede by every top nothc coach IMO.

and who said Orginization was overrated? I'm saying it's the least of my worries. learn the difference. I could careless how he sounds at a press confernce, if he has some 800 page book on how to be a hurricane etc etc. Bring in players, surround yourself with the right people and do the right things on game day. that's all that matters.

Umm no. bellecheck got Tom brady and surrounded himself with good coaches. that was the foundation. are you telling me the guys in jaxsonville weren't orginized? no. they had blain gabbert.

was texas orginized when they went 13-1 and then went 5-7 the next year due to non orginization? no the players changed.

In all honesty, I don't know if you're trying to be serious or trolling.

In any case, saying or thinking you have a plan and having one are not the same thing. And not all plans are created equal. And for good plans, not many are well executed. You keep trying to spin the discussion to avoid acknowledging the elephant in the room. But it won't work, and no amount of you telling us how you once played football will change that.

The reality is, AG had a good plan for UM and recruiting, and has executed it well by appearances. Hopefully he evaluates well but we won't know that for some time.

The reality is also that Randy Shannon had no facking clue what he was doing as a coach or recruiter. And it showed. You can deny that all you want. You can talk about skittles and ghey secks. You and sputter on about how you once wore cleats. But you can't change these facts.

So go on, tell me how all this is so obvious. Tell me how everyone has a plan. Make yourself sound intelligent. Please. Try.
