My guess, since it’s been mentioned on the board a few times, is that Banda has say so along with Manny on who we offer at CB (not Rumph). It’s my understanding Rumph wanted to offer or recruit certain kids and due to certain reasons (size, film) Banda refused to allow him to offer, hence we lost out on some CB that turned out to be pretty good that had legitimate interest.
