Khalid McGee has to be at least 6 feet tall. Very good player and seems to be always around the ball.
 
I disagree proxy, if I'm a prospect in Eduoard's position, I walk the tight rope. Kaaya is the highly touted guy. I think Eduoard has more raw skills than Rosier, who may also may or may not stick in this class. He is within his right and he would be stupid not to at least keep communications open with schools that are willing to recruit him down to NSD. That way, if he is really worried about competing with Olsen/Kaaya/Rosier, you have your options at the end of the day, as The Golden One likes to say.

Schools gotta do their thing but these kids have to do theirs as well.
 
A lot of people were saying Alin recommitted or something to the extent of that, but had no source/link to confirm what they said. Could have easily been made up. I definitely don't think Alin ends up in the class. If the staff wanted him to be in the class, they would have consistent contact with him like they do with the other commits.

Miami already has a faster version of Ermon Lane in Herb Waters.

I know they are both 6'2" they both can jump and can catch balls in traffic, but Herb Waters is a very twitchy athlete that can make ppl miss in space and has speed to burn.

Miami has the luxury of being able to miss on a kid like Lane especially if they land Dixon/Berrios/Rudolph (I know, unlikely). Florida does not. Lane will step foot on campus and be their top 3 WR before stepping on the field. At Miami? He'd have to beat out Dorsett, Scott, Waters, Lewis, Coley, Carter, Griffin. Add in any combo of Dixon, Berrios, Langham, Rudolph (AGAIN - unlikely).

No one should give a **** about Lane going to Florida. Miami is fine at WR for many years.

I think he's say stop because it might seem like people are writting off Lane but I do think we don't need Lane because we have guys who can do what he does

Personally I am writing Lane off.... He lost his "elite" tag with me. Honestly i dont even want him here and I say that knowing he is more likely then not going to be a beast in college.

But I just cant get with a kid with that mentality especially if you make it known that Depth Charts is the ONLY thing you are deciding your college decision on..... i didnt hear Stacy Coley and Derrick Griffin worrying about depth charts???

Honestly with the way teams recruit now i didnt even know kids are still stressing over depth charts especially if you want to play for an elite d-1 university. smh

I understand why you think that and personally I don't like kids who are afraid of competition either. The reason why I always say Lane as being different was because he's similar to Lorenzo Carter to me an elite talent who can play anywhere who has said he wants to play early and win and that was the main focus for them. Lane and Amari Cooper for months were in the same sentence alot early on before UF came in the picture because it seemed like Lane wanted what Amari had by his numbers and title that early on. Thats why I bring up Amari Cooper with Lane now he basically did the same thing because nobody at Bama could touch him and he's apart of an elite school so you can't knock him if that's how he was always thinking and that's why I never stressed Lane because UM never made perfect sense to me

Lane is the best wr in S.FLA.....Point blank period....closest last yr was our guy Stacey Coley.

The staff's feeling on him dropped when it was PAINFULLY OBVIOUS he was a GATE. Whomever got it set up for the kid to be on the same team as GATOR QB...Inside job...

during the opening he continuously did the gator chomp after td catches....

Barrow knew the inside on the kid....**** one of the coaches from Homestead told u dumbnuts UF was the team MONTHS back when the talk was UM, BAMA....dude flat out said on this site Lane was feeling uf...and the people around him was feeding him uf...JHOVA or some sh*t from ITU.

Staff aint prefer sh*t....they just cut their losses....and were prepared...lost Khairi Clark...they read the tealeaves on that and had Courtel Jenkins locked in....They went ahead and snatched up a big outside wr in Langham...which softens the blow for a Lane loss....im still mad we aint getting him..he is elite....But a class of Langham, Dixon, Berrios/Rudolph is beastly

your opinion - who is a better prospect (obviously its incomplete bc lane still has another season to play), Lane or Coley?

What Edouard needs to do is focus on his senior season and being the best football player he can be. If he balls out, it'll be his choice to make.
 
You can't even compare Lane to coley. Lane couldn't hold Stacey coley's sophomore jockstrap! Can't believe so many ppl so enamored with a bum. Lane is a 3 star prospect with 1 star intangibles. I say all of this having nothing personal against him I'm speaking from a football talent standpoint.
