Pete, I know Cam has talked about this on Twitter but were you surprised at how some of the kids didn't get invites to The Opening today?
Strachan isn't coming back to Miramar. He wants to (he started on the same JV OL as Leeward Brown 3 years ago), but I've been told that there are issues that will prevent that from happening.
Dionte Mullins is a kid that is just in EVERY conversation. WoW! Can't wait to see him.
GENRON DOES NOT COACH ON THE FIRE. HE HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH SBB SO STOP.
small sample but ……… WANT! Have we offered? and if not WTF. He has an Alabama offer?Dionte Mullins is a kid that is just in EVERY conversation. WoW! Can't wait to see him.

he does not coach the fire. We are now tied/leading for Durante. If he gets his grades in order, he's a CANE. :/So Burgess-Becker woke up one morning and decided that Bama leads over Miami? Yeah makes me wonder who's in his ear
Genron. Jovante Durante did not list um in his top 3 who coincidentally also plays on florida fire in which genron coaches on.....
ask pete or him if it makes you feel better.he does not coach the fire. We are now tied/leading for Durante. If he gets his grades in order, he's a CANE. :/So Burgess-Becker woke up one morning and decided that Bama leads over Miami? Yeah makes me wonder who's in his ear

Lmao...He just said his Top-3 was WV, Alabama and Auburn. Talked visiting several other schools but didn't even mention us:

Both SBB and Ridley really want to play with CB teammate Ronnie Hoggins at the next level and this person told me that if Miami offered Hoggins, that would go a long way to securing their commitment and they might have committed at their original date if Hoggins had an offer. In my opinion, if offering Hoggins meant landing those two, it is a slam-dunk no-brainer. Hoggins is a very good player in his own right and is a superb slot-corner prospect. I don’t see Miami offering though, because this staff has shown they like size at the defensive back position and Tim Irvin already fills the potential spot that Hoggins could play.

This is what I mean when I say Miami needs to do a better job of "playing the game." Hoggins is a solid player-- undersized but tough with real offers. If offering him guarantees you SBB and Ridley (and multiple sources tell me it does), then you offer him.
We treat these offers like gold now, but then after NSD we give them away to any unsigned kid with a decent HUDL and a pulse. That's not the formula to beat FSU. Get the difference makers by any means necessary.

This and also do you think its a mistake not going after guys like lamar jackson or a kyler murray(longshot).

For QB or other positions? Coley likes really big quarterbacks so I don't see him going in that direction. They are great athletes, though.
The guy I'm intrigued by is Stanley from Flanagan. He has great feet and a quick release.
