If you do not start paying players you will win 8-10 games max per year. This isn't the 90' or 00's. Miami cannot land the talent we used to without paying up. Also Miami is no longer the "cool" brand. Winning is cool. We haven't done it in a decade. That's the harsh reality.

I totally agree with you!!!! I'm pretty sure Rumph has enough connections in the community to make it happened. He needs to get off his *** and do it. I don't care about WR'S but no way in **** can we lose all these Db's.

How did Rix do when it came to keeping Saban out of Georgia when he was at UGA? Did Saban go in there and cherry pick guys that he wanted, or did Rix have it on lockdown?

I know Rix had his major local Georgia blunders like thinking Cam should be a TE and Deshawn Watson was a DB. But I'm not talking about that as much as I am his ability to keep Saban from poaching blue chip Georgia players from him. That will tell us a lot about how he'll do down here trying to protect the fort.

Rum has done a good job with our corners so far and has proven he can coach. Elder and Colbert have been fantastic and he has taken the other mediocre talent and had them do well.

So kids went to play for him in high school yet won't sniff Miami in college to me is more proof that you either pay or start to pray.

Otherwise hire Beyonc* as a coach and give the players once per week one on one meetings with her to bring them in
