The U Administration's commitment to Miami football...

Where is our indoor practice facility?

It'll happen as soon as you cut UM a check.

Already cut them one for my season tickets, champ.

That's payment for goods/services…not cutting a check.

There is a DONATION on top of that.

Donation by name alone. It's pretty much a charge for the goods/services as you don't have an option to remove the donated amount. They can split the charge and call it 50% ticket 50% donation or how ever they want.

A true donation is one that is not "mandatory".

Why would we want an indoor facility when practicing in the heat and humidity has always given us an edge in conditioning?? 4th quarter used to be our quarter because of the year round heat they train in.

**** that, we don't need no stinkin indoor practice facility. Some of ya'll sound like *******. We do know football is played in the rain, correct?? Not many practices are cancelled due to lightning anyway.

An indoor facility like this is plenty nice and tons of high schools have something similar around here. We're (miami) 15 years late on it.

Thats pretty sad UCF has an indoor facility and we dont. they dont even win in anything except for last year.

Do u understand the concept of a state school versus a private institution?? Also, some of the benefits of a state school??

Not to mention how much bigger UCF is then Miami.

Comments like this just sound so naive.

Forget UCF, what about tons of high schools?

Looks like the U is about to make another killing in land sales here in Sarasota county selling another piece of protected land, this was on the news last night

My guess is the proceeds will go STRAIGHT to the hospital aka another sink hole (ironic) rather then some profitable entity.

Oh they make plenty profit off their hospital

Not sure if serious?

I understand that but USF doesn't have a indoor football facility. FAU? FIU? Which all have football programs and are state schools. I'm saying it's sad because UM have received alot of money. Don't let private school fool you. There is no way in **** they should be behind on this.

All those football programs are less established then UCF. U also understand how absolutely crazy ppl are about high school football in Texas?? What high school in florida has an indoor facility?? There is nothing more important in texas then football, some of those athletic departments have huge budgets and boosters.

Back to my question in a post above.

"Why would we want an indoor facility when practicing in the heat and humidity has always given us an edge in conditioning?? 4th quarter used to be our quarter because of the year round heat they train in."
