I’m all for Zac Kittley and like I said I would really like Littrell as well. Not sure I could stomach Arroyo even as just the QB coach. Would prefer Littrell brings in his own QB coach
I agree just saying if he is so stuck on Arroyo then bring him as a position coach if the OC is cool with it. However in an ideal world we don't hire Arroyo. This OC hire will be the most important hire of Mario's career. Who he hires will tell us everything we need to know about who he truly is.

hmmm maybe I was wrong. I swear I read that Charlie strong left and took a job somewhere else but all his stuff still shows Miami.

I do not understand the interest in Rees. He’d be another underwhelming, boring hire. But I still think it’s going to be Arroyo when the dust settles.
He’s such an obvious pick I refuse to believe that Mario, with a pocket full of paper, would pick Arroyo as the savior replacement for Gattis unless everyone else turns him down.

And that’s facts. Once upon a time, football trends went from the NFL down. Then about 60-70 years ago, the NFL boxed itself into a certain offensive style, and basically resisted any “change” that deviated too far from what they viewed as offensive football. Mainly because they figured out that it wasn’t cost efficient to have their QBs taking unnecessary hits, masquerading as part time RBs. The didn’t wanna have their QBs getting broke in half. Meanwhile, high school and college coaches were in the lab trying to find ways to even the score against teams on their schedule that were bigger, faster, and stronger than they were. “Gimmick” football was born. Nowadays those things that were once frowned upon and thought of as gimmicks, have made their way from the minds of high school and college coaches across the land, all the way to the playbooks of the NFL.
