This...His "process" puts a lot of strain on those involved. I know people who have interviewed for him (for other positions) but withdrew their name bc of the waiting. Their school was like "you looking, we looking" and told him to chose a maybe job or the job you have.

Mike Thiessen is a name to watch. Per sources, Mario is enamored with this impressive up-and-comer. He runs a high octane offense that averaged 326 rushing yards per game. He checks all of the boxes in what Mario is envisioning for his offense.

Mario has gotten so ridiculous with interviewing people, if he reached out to me or my agent as a candidate I’d tell him I need a retainer or money in escrow cause I’m not doing this dog n pony show for fun
