FWIW Ferman had some interesting comments in his daily morning podcast. Seems he is thinking the announcement is imminent- mentioned being on OC watch.

He also implied that the process of interviewing has been used as a bit of a teaching tool for the rest of the staff. The candidates have had to present their planned offense and then react to certain situations presented to them. I found that really interesting given there have really been so few leaks. You’d think if these candidates were involved with multiple staff members more would get out.

Maybe I’m an idiot but I always thought that would’ve been standard interview procedures for a football coaching position.

So now we’re led to believe that this extended OC hiring “process” is due to some on the offensive staff being involved for educational purposes.

My problem with this is would Mario even know what a good answer is? Like any good OC candidate knows way more than Mario

That makes sense. A lot of the local "media" has been clueless sense Mario and Co came aboard. Do you know if there was a specific instance that did this to him or was it more of a 3 strikes and he was out?
