Truly at a loss. It is wild that he seemingly will listen to and trust Zo on player evals but is just unwilling to do that with this. I have said it to you the sirens are going off with Mario. This does not make me feel any better that seemingly pursuing Candle for 2 years and getting strung along both of those years is causing him to spiral in the decision. CEO head coach who isn't a good CEO.

I wasn't sold on Brian Johnson, till I saw his body of work with Jalen Hurts from year one to year two and it was a significant jump and enough to where I admit (unlike you in a lot of your takes) I was wrong.

With Utah opening up, if Brian Johnson somehow decides to leave the Eagles he’s more likely to return to his school in Utah than come to Miami.

Yeah, your insights have been solid and appreciated. Littrell may be my slight preference and is unemployed, but either of them would be good. When Wilson had both of them at IU the offense went from 89 to 18. I think Mike Elko is a very good coach that will be in line for some good jobs soon, so I wouldn’t be surprised if Johns sticks with him.

Very much your opinion. I get what you’re saying and I know his history there, but you have no idea if that’s true at all. Can Utah pay him what Miami can? Do they have a QB as talented as TVD? Is it 80 degrees everyday in Salt Lake City? How are the state taxes? Etc etc etc.
