Id rather see Rumph and DVD, as DB and CB coach respectively than Addae and DVD. Say what you will about Rumphs recruiting woes, but DBs looked much better under his tutelage than under Addae.

charlie strong has acheived the highest level of success as a DC and he's already on staff

the whole team was bad last year and the best coach of all time just stole our DC... there's context to performance and strong will do well here

randy Shannon achieved the same **** as a DC. you want to hire him too? both haven't coordinated since pre 2010. HARD PASS on that.
