The cane report?

UM needs to take 3 RB's in 2017 because Robert Burns is injury prone, an so is McFarland Jr. An Mark Walton is gone after 2017 which would leave only Travis Homer and 2 RB's that are injury prone.

Not to mention Gus Edwards is most likely transferring to Cuse where he can be a feature back for his final year.

Go Canes
I know there is a lot of smoke about Gus transferring but I still think he'll be back. Richt recently said that Gus has not approached him about a transfer. I agree with your premise though that it wouldn't be the worst idea in the world to take 3 RB's. Burns may never play a meaningful down given his injury history, and McFarland can be used as a receiver out of the backfield.

Oh yeah like Richt would just openly say Gus wants to transfer lol

Sounds to me like "The Cane Report" just found out this RB decommitted and that we've been recruiting him. Doesn't sound like he has any information at all from the recruit.
But he also says he has an offer, then later says he doesn't because he might not be interested.

Plus pretty sure its been reported this kid was more of an academic drop than a true decomit from Clemson.

Kid played at a high school that has some serious academic integrity issues and I think I read somewhere that this issue
involved him as well.

If the kid was dropped by Clemson because of grades, I doubt we're taking him. Especially if he's a glaring clearing house issue.

"The Cane Report" is simply parroting the already public DeeJay Dallas claim of a "secret commit" without citing Dallas as the source. Instead, he pretends to have a secret source on "the street".

Neat trick to gain credibility amongst the neophyte recruiting followers if it turns out to be true.

Otherwise f**kin lame.

The Cane Report actually replaced The McLaughlin Group following John McLaughlin's death. The Cane Report predicted that Dr. Ben Carson would win 40 states and be our next POTUS so take their prognostications with a healthy dose of skepticism.
