Biggest adjustment for me moving from the north to the south was how nice the people are

For a while I’m just like “wtf is your problem?”

Turns out they’re just really friendly

I was there for the first time this year. I had my Uber driver telling me about her family’s history, the city’s history, certain companies that do business in the city, and asking about my own etc.

I felt the same way haha. So we are just about to have a pleasant conversation passing time instead of awkward silence?
