I think it originated from a guy named Big Al who'd gotten drunk, picked up a woman, and the next morning woke up with a hangover and almost died when he saw what he was sleeping with in the daylight.
And went to extreme lengths to try to slip out of the room without awakening the Kracken that was still sleeping . . .

I’m curious how long that continues a couple more years? The reason we have all this west coast traction is from his years at Oregon. Eventually he won’t have a foothold on that side of the coast. He needs to hit on it a couple more years and then hopefully the success of west coast kids coming to Miami continues the pipeline.
