Been told by several people the players at heritage love him. Even somebody who son went there said players and staff love the guy and he is a good dude.

Good dude ****** recrooter seems to go hand and hand...all the jerks are the ones who get the studs....DUde is an absolute FAIL at crooting..ts just like sales you can have two people say the same script one salesman makes 100k a year the other makes 30k..dude sucks at his craft

Vern, I just think he's a little too nerdy for these kids.We've seen pictures of the staff out recruiting and Rumph is looking goofy with his shirts tucked in,we've seen pictures with the staff and recruits and Rumph is to the side by himself away from everyone else.We've seen pictures of different coaches inviting kids to their homes to eat and hang out with their families and not nothing from Rumph,maybe he doesn't want these dudes checking out his wife,I don't know,just something doesn't make sense with Rumph failing at recruitng so bad when he should be the one on the staff killing it with his past as a player here.

at least he got Ahmon Richards!! LOL ..but your right about Dugans too...but Dam Rumph was the dam head coach at the school and his boys still coach there!!!...**** is amazing mane that he cant get one single kid from there... if he cant get the Tyson Campbell dude next year he shoud be automatically fired...

Searles can get a pass he has years of coaching experience....and the OL played pretty good this year much improved fron last year RUmph has been a fixture in the SFL community the last several years the fact that he cant get a croot from his old high school is embarassing....

No one has recruited great this year besides coach kool. And that should tell you something because he is not known for his recruiting efforts. Brown will have done very well if we land McFarland. Searels locked up donaldson so that's pretty good too

I disagree I think Banda has actually recruited to well at safety to a point where we actually have to many I think.

252 nobody is praising Searles oor Dugans,infact they're taking heat to but again fro the millionth time Rumph is different because he coached these kids,kids always follow their coaches when they get promoted from high school to college and Rumph can't even get 1,they have a ton of prospects so not all are going to like or follow Rumph but my god you would expect at least 1 to like and respect him enough to come here.The rest of the staff would never say anything about this publicly but you better believe this is a serious topic down there.

He's the first guy in the history of football to be hired from a HS teeming with D1 prospects that he coached and was unable to get any of them to follow him. I'm starting not to give a **** about Turdbarrel Slaton because he sounds like a bust waiting to happen with his hardcore flakiness and his dreams of being the next Meadowlark Lemoncake.

UF now expecting both Slaton and Herbert FWIW. Idk anything about Slaton playing DT but I wouldn't dismiss it because our DT recruiting has been ****. Didn't sign a single DT the last two years and we had 3 who decomitted just this cycle alone and now only have one DT commit. So if that's what he really wants to play it's very possible.
