Looking at Rumph not been able to get a single former player to come to miami makes me appreciate more Baez who got all 4 of his down here.Also Rumph may be a **** to be around the way these kids avoid him.

Richt doesn't need a db coach who only recruits and Rumph did very well this season as a coach and that matters more. Now if he can't recruit his old school that is a huge problem because there's no coach or person on another staff that those kids know or should be more comfortable with unless he was trashing UM and they see him as a hypocrite now

Vern, I just think he's a little too nerdy for these kids.We've seen pictures of the staff out recruiting and Rumph is looking goofy with his shirts tucked in,we've seen pictures with the staff and recruits and Rumph is to the side by himself away from everyone else.We've seen pictures of different coaches inviting kids to their homes to eat and hang out with their families and not nothing from Rumph,maybe he doesn't want these dudes checking out his wife,I don't know,just something doesn't make sense with Rumph failing at recruitng so bad when he should be the one on the staff killing it with his past as a player here.

Aint just rumph or dugans. Searles has landed nobody but projects on the o-line. Banda got carter who is solid but he is supposedly a great recruiter and i dont see it.
