That may be so, but who has the most sway and influence with that one boss, and is it analytics and not just the gut that moves the boss. I don’t know much about Smith. I was hopeful when Zo signed on. As I am about Edwards. But, reading about Smith’s pros and cons it seems the downside out weighs the upside. Get a 5*, lose 3 other guys and families that could have, should have played here. In most businesses disgruntled customers will spread their experience farther and faster than happy ones. Apply that to recruitment and easy to see the problem. The program needs to cut its losses, yesterday. Just sayin’

Zach is filth to me. I don't like him in general as a person. He does a OSU podcast the last I knew of him. I remember the $2,200 in *** toys delivered to the OSU facility and the d*** picks in the, "White House" bathroom with WH seal towels in picture to show where it was at. Again, he is filth and deserved everything he got and more. Yes, he wasn't alone. What a staff of misfits Urban had.

Gaby is saying that Smith "will transition into a to-be-determined role where he will help in all aspects of Miami Hurricanes football, including working with the coaching staff, the collective, recruiting, etc. in efforts to continue building up the football program."

Mario is a savage and won’t put anything or anyone above the U. Oof, is that a bunch of word salad. Sounds like MC is keeping him on to earn a salary while he finds somewhere else to be.

Mario has said he can’t die without first bringing the U back to greatness. He is literally dedicating his life to this.
