I'm just one of those who views the portal as a way to shore up a roster. I don't like the idea of banking on it.
Honestly I'm not even that upset about today. Nobody in the class is/was a must keep or have to get. Just surprised that it stagnated.

I truly don’t know but one thing I do know: 99.9 of head coaches would have fired his *** immediately after the CFP show and the committee leaving Miami out of the playoffs. Miami’s defense is the reason why they missed the playoffs.

this should've been a serious consideration pretty early in the year. There are many accounts of Saban getting on his coordinators asses to find solutions for problems that showed early in the year for his teams. If solutions weren't found... well you know what happened. Either way, he didn't waste time getting on it to ensure it wouldn't derail their season. Mario failed at that.
