Sweet 16 Thread

Jekiri needs to step up man they are eating his lunch. He needs to be a better present in the middle to force them to shoot contested shots

A few random things:

1. Way too many TOs,

2. Newton looks awful and needs to be limited,

3. Jenkins hit a ~ 40 footer, that was insane and lucky,

4. The shooting won't be as good in the second half (both teams), and

5. Our D must get better and we must extend the zone

Come out fast and strong.

Not alot of layups in this game. Jekiri needs to stop worrying about fouls and just play physical with their big he's not a great Ft shooter but he can't let him get position that low.

Palmer had some really good minutes there with Sheldon in foul trouble at the end of the half. Hit a big three and played good defense. Giving us a lot more that Newton is

He already has 10 Points and 5 Assists. That is pretty darn good for the first half. He needs to cut those TOs.

Agree Newton has been horrible this tournament put someone else that can help the team

If we don't find out that Jekiri has been playing through an injury, it's just flat out sad.

He just missed an uncontested lay up after he made a nice fake. Literally he had no legs and couldn't have cleared a small phone book.
