Love this idea to be honest. We need another coach on D if we want to split 5/5, and moving Banda to help LB/OLB and maybe even DE's is a much better distribution of coaching duties.

They gonna secure Surtain Jr. commitment then give Surtain Sr. some bullshet position.

They can't. New NCAA rules forbid a school to get a player by hiring a parent (maybe other family members too?), unless it's one of the 10 coaches. Which Alabama no longer has any vacancies for.

As Meat said above, it was before Saban hired Scott. I wanted other coaches, but at this point, I'm with you. Not saying we need to do what Saban does. But If he was willing to do it, we should consider it.
