I think the picture is funny, but I didn't see noone complaining when Clinton Portis would dress up in crazy stuff.

Why are we using that image as an indictment of Stephen Morris leadership qualities? Everyone thought the team was bonding and having fun for that "Harlem Shake" video... I believe Duke was a penguin... The guy didn't meet expectations but a number of schools would have killed for his production...

a rookie never beats out the first round qb pick. if someone does it is always a veteran placeholder. they invest a lot in first round picks and as someone else said give them every possible chance to succeed.

An indictment of his abilities and leadership qualities is the ******* bowl game circus. We can get on the coaches and the defense for that game, and we do. But good god almighty he was ******* lost and pathetic for a senior QB trying to go out with a win in that game.

Think about it. He was so awful in that game that fans were begging to replace him with Williams. Replace your senior QB in a pretty meaningless bowl game bad.

Dude has some skills, but ******* A was it frustrating to watch him.

I will ALWAYS pull for the Cane to beat out others. Morris got that down the field arm, so he has a shot.

SM won't win the job imho, BUT Wilson as a third rounder shocked Seattle by beating out their 26 MILLION dollar free agent before he played his first game.

Flynn signed a three-year, $26 million deal, with $10 million guaranteed while Wilson, a third-round selection, is guaranteed just $619,400. The guaranteed salary discrepancy means Seattle's new starting quarterback will be making 16 times less than his backup.

Crazy things do happen sometimes. Morris won't win the starting job, but i hope he makes the team.
 
I am absolutely stunned that there are fans who apparently still think Morris is an NFL caliber QB. There's a reason he wasn't drafted. It takes a lot more than a strong arm to make it in the NFL.

Reality will prevail, and thus Golden's "But...but... we lost Morris" excuse will be no more viable by next year as any of his other excuses.

Morris was just terrible. Terrible. And he got worse every game since his freshman year.
