Stephen Morris vs Blake Bortles

Not saying he will beat out bortles but if anyone can get the most out of Morris it's jedd. Good luck to Morris hope he makes the most out of the opportunity.
 
Bortles is going to get EVERY and I mean EVERY chance to win this competition. Only reason I see that Jax got SteMo, is to develop a reliable backup. But ****, that doesnt mean there wont be a opportunity though. Needs to work on his craft and get better. Heck, another situation, nobody though that Russell Wilson would beat out Flynn after the Seahawks shelled out all of that $$$ on him. So, in the NFL its all about production and nothing else.

Biggest knock on Bortles is his weak arm. SM has EVERY opportunity to turn heads. Time to grow up.

Don't see how you hate on Morris more than any other underachiever here. Why don't you say something like that about Golden and staff, because it's just as much on them as it is on Morris.

It was more about the fact that there is plenty of underachieving to go around here. People act like all of our failures fall on one guy. If you put everything on one guy, put it on the guy at the top. I get tired of people defending Golden like he is immune to criticism, but then dump on the players for everything. Yea players had issues, but what kind of tool even makes that kind of comment. I might not be a fan of Golden's coaching and gameplan, but I still keep my statements civil.

Morris has a big arm and is familiar with the OC, won't surprise me at all if he makes the team,.
I wasn't happy with how his senior year went and his apparent dedication, but not knowing the full details, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and wish him well.

Do you think it was a coincidence that Jax has either drafted our signed as FA's the most Miami players of any team this year. Linder, morris, storm Johnson ( former UM player), and Hurns. You think Jedd had an eye out for some of his former players.
If Morris can get his stuff together there is no reason he shouldn't beat out Blake. Go Canes

FYI, fisch never coached Storm Johnson.

Morris best case this year would be practice squad. He has no chance of making the squad unless he is flawless in preseason.
 
Steven Morris > Blaine Gabbert. I think he'll make the team. Really like Jax's draft / UFA class. Storm Johnson that late is a steal.
