Spring ball day 2 videos n stuff

I assume some you stayed in a Holiday Inn Express with the way some of you make claims without any experience or training or even knowing the background of a player. The same Hunter Knighton geniuses are at it with the nutrition.

People need to know that these players are not the same as your friend or your wife or your co-worker who eats McDonalds.

Peanut butter samiches is how we bulk up in the hood. That **** does work me and my boys use to do it. Pb has protein and the bread makes you gain weight. You eat samiches and hit the weights everyday.

This ain't the hood, I would think UM would have better resources

I half Italian and grew up poor. What's wrong with pizza and pbj? What is he supposed to eat to put weight, fruit, yogurt, and croissant ?

People are just saying there's a "clean" way to bulk and achieve his daily caloric intake goal, and it doesn't include fast food.

You're a coach. You know, for some of us, our metabolisms make every pound gained a monumental feat.
Especially for very lean people.
If your body fat is in single digits you can pound the weights for a year and eat everything in sight, and you will gain 5 lbs.
It will all be muscle and you will be markedly stronger, but the weight gain will not be significant.

Now I hate you! I walk pass a pizza and gain 3 lbs.

So, we want our players to gain weight, even though their metabolism is crazy-high, and we're putting them thru U-Tough and Spring Ball in S. Florida heat.

BUT--we want them to do it Gluten Free, Paleo Diet, clean-free-range-raw-food style.

Got it.

So was I seeing those highlights right?

Every big play was by Williams. Every sack was by Olsen?
