Spring ball day 2 videos n stuff

Peanut butter samiches is how we bulk up in the hood. That **** does work me and my boys use to do it. Pb has protein and the bread makes you gain weight. You eat samiches and hit the weights everyday.

This ain't the hood, I would think UM would have better resources

Man a lot of football players use the peanut butter method. I have heard a lot of guys said they did it it in the off season to gain weight. You have to eat and when you are skinny like mccord eating healthy aint gone do the trick.

I'm aware, and just because you eat "healthy" doesn't mean you will lose or maintain weight, there's other methods as well, still doesn't mean you should throw back boxes of pizza either

You must have never played football. When you are trying to put on weight especially when you are light those guys eat any and everything all day long and hit the weights. Just because he is in college doesnt mean they have some special method to put on weight. Some guys just got to eat a lot and workout a lot to do it

I'm aware fam, and yes I've played, nothing wrong with eating a lot, you're suppose to. I'm saying it's more about what you're eating opposed to how much.

Walter Tucker really enjoyed the cafeteria first semester. Those curly fries & chicken tenders will get U.

Beau is gonna be a beast this year in the middle of the field.

In HS, our weight gain plan required us to eat 7-8 times a day, which included us to eat 2 cheeseburgers, lots of pasta, and peanut butter and banana sandwiches for snacks

That is my feeling since Williams has a quick release and Beau is 4.6 at 260 and leaner than last year just like with Franks, Shockey, Winslow etc...the attention on the outside with Coley/Waters/Scott/Dorsett will leave the middle looking like an open green ***** waiting to get ****ed.

If he's hitting the weights, doesn't matter what he eats as long as he's over maintenance. It's difficult to get your calories from chicken and complex carbs only plus I bet his schedule doesn't allow him to eat all day. His natural test levels are so high his body is like a furnace. Pizza, burgers, pb sandwiches. Just eat more to get bigger.

These guys should be eating family-sized portions of chicken from Pollo Tropical and spoonfuls of peanut butter in their sleep.

Back in my day we didn't even call it pasta.
Just called it spaghetti.
No such thing as penne, ziti, fusilli etc. it was all just spaghetti and more the better.

Anyone else having a problem with a big black strip preventing viewing of these YouTube videos?

Elite athletes like McCord and AQM at their age, their natural build, muscularity, metabolism and the 1500 calories + they burn with S&C/U tough/practice they need anything they can get to maintain let alone add weight.

the classic auto-lose argument, nice.

Reporters question to McCord

Q. How have you gained so much weight so fast?
A. Order boxes of Pizza late at night.. and lot's of PBJ sandwiches..

We Back

Man I hope he was being sarcastic

You guys have to understand he is an athlete and that his work out routine and fitness program would be considered extreme high intensity. Meaning he burns a ton of calories.

He has to eat a large volume of food just to maintain his current weight or he would drop pounds.

****, because of his intense work outs if he ate an entire large pizza he would burn through those calories before noon..lol

It's like Mike Phelps diet. Death for the average person, but a high caliber athlete needs all those calories because they burn so much.

Guys with that type of build have to eat anything they can get their hands on to put on weight. I'd be concerned if it was an O-Lineman eating that then a Dlineman with a thinner build.

Some people on here just don't get it or have a clue.

I'm no health connoisseur but I know there's better methods to gaining weight than gorging down boxes of pizzas and pbj sandwiches

Not for a athlete like him. He burns through a ton of calories because of his intense work outs.

If you say so bruh, I'm not gonna keep repeating myself

People are just saying there's a "clean" way to bulk and achieve his daily caloric intake goal, and it doesn't include fast food.
