There are so many quality football players in SoFl, there is no way we can or will keep all the best at home. Key is we must get more than any other team (Fl or fsu). Remember some will be average or bust, so you have to right on in your evaluations.

One reason we're not going after Johnson, is that it looks like we have our sights set on recruiting nationally at DT to just try to bring in the best player they can. I'd bet its more of the case that they want the talent than they need another DT.

i just watched his film. I like Johnson regardless as a strongside dend. I was just seeing him listed as a dt recruit and was thinking he looked kind of small to be there in div 1. Hes committed to Miss State. DMONEY after watching it..I would rather him a plan b than jordan Wright. I would put in a call an lightly recruiting him..now especially if DJ gets weary (dont think he is) but you never know. Johnson still looks like a um level prospect..based off of his hudl. 6'3 -245-250 coming in

I dont know the kids names but #17 and #58 both should be at UM. I was really impressed by those two, they made plays all night. You can win with those types of kids. I was more impressed by that dline than the DB, not sure how they havent gotten more mentions or maybe I missed it.

No animosity there. I talk to him & Quan on the regular. Both going to be at our pro day work out. Staff fought for both of them.
