Some names to watch before it’s deleted

bama’s offense hasn’t done that either though. They struggle to run and the OL has gotten its *** handed to them all year.

They are not a physical team on offense this year. Anybody arguing otherwise has not watched them.

Their offensive success is because of their passing attack and a QB making it work.
I agree that their OL is weaker than usual this year. However, the most dominant bama teams in the last 12 years have been extremely physical.

Norvell is ****ed.

But I don't think there will be as many Canes vs. Gators recruiting battles in South Florida as people think. I believe they will try to lock down other parts of the state, and then go into territory those two names know well.

They are two excellent recruiters- make no mistake about it- but their success isn't South Florida based.

This.

Raymond’s base is Louisiana and Miss. I can’t remember the last DB he got from South Florida.

Tosh is a west coast guy. Don’t remember him signing anybody from South Florida.

Seider would the South Florida guy but he won’t be able to beat Mario for much.

no matter the development of the passing game, the game is still won in the trenches. the tampa bay v. chiefs super bowl reminded us of that once again. mahones didn't have even a second to throw the ball.

ohio state showed us the same thing v Oregon in the championship game in 2015 (?).
Exactly my point. You can pass 60-70 % of the time and still play physical. When it gets down to nut cutting time the most physical team will win out. Just look at OU, every time they run up against a physical team they get punched in the mouth. That's why ISU gives them fits while having far less talent. Baylor now. There's a reason why Riley didn't want that Sec smoke.

Football will always be about whipping the man in front of you , practicing against an air raid off offense doesn't help the d either. Every day you practice against this finesse stuff so how can you get more physical? Or improve even improve physicality?

At the schools that play physical its embedded in them, it's part of the dna and culture.

When I think about physical football today in CFB I think of Bama, UGA,Osu, Cincy, Michigan, Clemson and even ND. I'd even throw MSU in there.

I'm actually cool with the air raid but I'd prefer something a tad more balanced at Miami. Air raid doesn't mean all spreads are the same, spread doesn't automatically mean finnesse.

We're on the same page.

Urban loved him some Power Spread. Nothing finesse about it

I’m confused, Jay says no McLendon but Cribby says done deal

Which is it?
Jay gets a lot of info from coaching circles and he's as legit as anyone out there. Anyone!! He knows that Mcclendon is linked to some coordinator jobs and even HC at Oregon. Obviously if Chip says no. The players are pushing for him. So it's possible he could bounce, doubtful but possible.

I just know multiple people who say he's been on campus and one saying he's 100% hired. Even yesterday I was on the same page as Jay until I did some digging after the caneville tweet was posted here. I don't go along with stuff just because it's been reported elsewhere. I mean I disagreed with all the Nunez reports and said it was bs. It was bad info from his side. So yeah I say McClendon is done and Felds is likely next to be done.

if its Schumann we won't know until after the playoffs, correct? so if it is dragged out we will know who the target is.
They can’t announce it and he can join after playoff but As scummy as it might be a lot of this Assistant coach hiring will be official after schools get these kids to sign there NLI’s. Sad but it’s the truth

What do you guys think about Mastro and Wilson coming over from Oregon as a possibility?
