At this point I think it would be a shock and huge surprise if it wasn’t KD as OC and Schumann as DC. Given the names that have been rumored and timing, this is the only combo that makes sense.

Agree on KD but will he finish the season before being eventually announced? Probably yes and there are good chances that the Bills will play until the end of January (at least).

I think Schumann would definitely be a shock. Dorsey not so much.
 
Hopefully we can get some stuff like Clemson/Alabama/LSU from 2020 in the video department

He could bring advantages that most college OCs can only dream of. Pulling Dorsey in from the NFL would be big.

Is there a chance he won't work out? Sure. It's a chance I'm willing to take. Not because he played here, but because he's spent nearly two decades in the NFL, and has always, always been considered a student of the game.
