He’s never called plays before and that’s a huge red flag for me. I have a really hard time seeing Cristobal, with all of the resources he’s been giving, handing the reigns over to first time play callers on either side of the ball
Surround him with BMac, Coley and Chud. Between his playing days and years of NFL experience developing QBs, he's far more prepared than a Brady or most for OC or HC.

There is an art or feel to play-calling but let's not overstate it; if you have well-coached rockstars running what you call you're gonna create mismatches, pressure defenses, and do whatever you want.

I think he's a better play caller on day 1 than BMac, Coley and Chud. People just do not understand how cerebral and prepared Dorsey is as a coach and person.
