Fully aware...but you guys are dreaming if you think we're getting BOTH of those guys as analysts.

***** it, if it's gonna be that kinda party I'm gonna **** in the mashed potatoes....give me Bobby Petrino as an "analyst".
Why do you think it would be hard getting Chud to be an analyst? I really don't get why anyone thinks any school/NFL team is knocking down doors to sign Chud. Dude literally has been an analyst or out of coaching for like the past 5 years

Do we know who Mario will bring in as his director of player personnel to take over Andy Vaughn role?

I don't think it will be hard getting Chud as an analyst, I think it would be hard getting BOTH Chud and someone like Mullen to take an analyst role. Bama can get away with it because they've won at a ridiculous clip....Mario hasn't done that YET.

Chud could have bigger gigs but he ain’t bout that on field life anymore. I was told that years ago and he’s stayed right in the same type positions. It seems like the Nfl really did a number on him. That’s just me going paranos rwading way more into it than I know lol.

Getting Chud as an analyst has literally zero effect on any other analyst we bring in. That's where your logic fails. Money will be what brings Mullen in

I couldn't possibly disagree more...your logic fails from the start here because you aren't factoring in the ego of some of these guys we're talking about. I stand by my statement and would be willing to bet a large amount of money we're not landing multiple guys in that weight class as "analysts."

Regardless the reason I can't possibly see someone who was out of coaching 2 yrs and an analyst at Boston College of all places, to somehow not allow us to sign other offensive analysts, especially bug named guys. Imo money and just personality (whether they can get along with Mario, them sucking at recruiting obviously doesn't matter) will determine who and how many we sign.

I'm constantly reminded at how little some of you on this board know about football.

Anyone that DOESN'T want Mullen as an OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR needs to have his head examined, and probably twice. We're going to have a staff (including HC) that is FULL of recruiters. I don't want EITHER of my coordinators saddled with recruiting duties. Give me two X's and O's savants that will help us win on gameday.

Last time I checked, winning is undefeated in the world of recruiting. You can't just have a staff full of recruiters, that's a recipe for having a really talented team that consistently loses 2-3 games a year it shouldn't.
He’s a weirdo and I’m convinced, based on the way things wound down at UiF - a locker room cancer.

That's Dan Mullen, the head coach. Dan Mullen, the offensive coordinator, wouldn't have that type of influence on Mario's locker room. Completely disagree, Mario's an alpha and would lay the structure and ground rules very clearly.

Oh I don’t think Mario would tolerate it but I don’t know that he would bring him in if he has other strong choices with less of the other stuff. I agree that Mullet is a top notch scheme guy. I don’t love the way he uses his QB’s but he knows how to get a lot out of the talent he has.

Sometimes guys don’t jive together. Mullen’s personality seems like the polar opposite of Mario’s. The recipe for disaster imo. First sign of any issues and Mullen would try and back door his way out of here. Did it with UF last year and he interviewed with Miami twice while at MSU. He’s snake and to me that outweighs any schematic advantage he would add to this team.

Couldn't possibly disagree any more, with all of this. Certain guys can carry a locker room and bring stability to formally unstable environments AND people....I'd be willing to bet a guy like Mario could get the best out of Mullen, the OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR.
