It should’ve been 7000 yards 64 td’s but Mario wouldn’t allow it
That's right I forgot how much herbert regressed that year. Big dip in stats.

That doesn’t take scrambles into play , also like all stats it can be skewed by if your winning and blow outs. That was a good Oregon team so I imagine they were running the ball late in games. You guys hang way too much on google stats instead of letting your eyes judge.
The stat is skewed. Brown was a 1 read QB who couldn't pass that takes off running without looking down field.

If these guys think that the run/pass ratio will be like that here and with TVD I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell them.

You guys are funny. The stat was from 2019. Herbert was the QB. By the way no one is saying Mario can't change but his run first philosophy goes beyond Anthony Brown and using him as some ace in the hole is silly.

Actually on paper he's the best hire we've ever made and it's not close. Certainly the most accomplished hire. The sitting 2-time Pac-12 champion, Rose Bowl winning 2x P12 COY who won 12 games in a season 24 months after taking over a bad team?

No coach we ever hired had that resume coming in.

Not to make a big argument, but Erickson's "turnaround" resume was pretty strong. And Richt had a **** good overall resume too.

Mario is in the Top 3 of all-time UM "best coaching resume" hires, and all three are fairly close.
