There’s a very good reason why Franklin is considered the unanimous #1 BBQ joint in America year in and year out, it’s fücking unreal. You’re the first person I’ve ever heard say they were let down by their experience.
That being said, I’m picking Terry Black’s or La Barbecue over Franklin 99% of the time because they don’t have a 5 hour line
I’ll give you that. I think La Barbecue is definitely the best brisket in Texas that I’ve had (and it’s grass fed, if you’re into that sort of thing).
