Yeah ... sure the Rock would give up his entertainment career .. making $20 million a year or some crazy figure .. picking projects HE wants to pursue .. to be a figurehead for UM football.

He made somewhere near $100 mil in 2020 and that was a year where the entertainment industry was slowed due to Covid.

I do think it is sad when so many people are incapable of detecting sarcasm. Not you, you completely get it, but it's still funny to see.

At any rate, not everything is about the money. He pursues projects and interests that he enjoys and believes in. He's putting a LOT of his time and effort into his new energy drink, when he could easily make more easy money by just doing a movie.
