Exactly. That said, it shouldn't be a surprise. Mario is an OL guy. Those guys almost 100% of the time go conservative when things get tight. They want to run and out physical their opponent. It is what it is and that's who Mario is. I'm hoping with a good OC and TVD, he is more flexible in his mentality and can trust.

This. Keep him away, please. Ran a toxic program at UMd when he was the HC. People there still hate the guy.

Those are awful offensive numbers. Air it out more cuz maybe it’ll help against the more physical team in Utah. Also you don’t lose to Stanford with a more dynamic offense
