Seantrel

BTW, kids will be kids. Its a growing process, I get that. But he's not a kid. He's a senior. A senior that's been suspended two other times and missed time for other reasons. At this point, its pretty unforgivable. Fool me once, and all that ****.

Fwiw I'm not defending his actions.. He made a selfish choice & it could have cost his team dearly. As it is, the team/staff has moved forward.. and so should we. Hopefully he has finally learned his lesson.

He has finally learned his lesson...that is, until the next lesson is rolled up and passed his way.

So was he smoking them tweeds or what

Absolutely. I honestly don't know how Trell has lasted this long here. His sorry *** was supposed the next Mckinnie. His career here is pathetic. Next

You sound ridiculous..... Seantrel Henderson is the best RT on this team hands down.

I don't think I've ever seen him get knocked on his *** like Linder did on that sack against GT. Guys don't like Seantrel because they don't think he's lived up to his hype, but he's a good RT, and he's capable of great performances against big opponents. He's a good guy to have around when we play fsu and Vag Tech.

Mentioned that Linder *** flop earlier.
I understand that people are down on Seantrel, but if you look at him objectively as a player, it is hard to dismiss the obvious: talent wise he's the best offensive tackle we've had since Mount McKinnie.
Yes, better than Flowers, who is great.
Seantrel has been stoning edge rushers since he was a freshman.
He makes his man disappear.
You haters don't like him for whatever reasons, but NFL people are licking their chops.
His measurables scream top 3 pick in the draft. He won't go that high. Probably a 2nd round pick, which NFL gm's will love. Top talent without having to use a top pick, because of off the field issues.
If you don't think he's that talented, just watch him pass block.
There isn't a tackle in college that is better than him at pass blocking.

So he is so talented that he cant even start at left tackle?!? He has been a colossal disappointment. As Bomb pointed, there is no excuse for a redshirt senior to make bonehead decisions. None.

First off he's not a redshirt senior.
He's a senior.

Secondly, how do you know he made a bonehead decision?
You don't. You are just guessing.
He violated a team rule, and since neither you, I nor anyone else on this board is a member of the team, all we can do is speculate.

Thirdly, the team has been disappointing for the 3 years up until this year.
Seantrel has played quite well when he has played, which is since he was a freshman.

Lastly, he is the starting right tackle. That doesn't mean he can't play left tackle. Could mean that Flowers isn't that good at right tackle.
Seem to remember that coming off an injury it was easier for Seantrel to move to his right so right tackle it was.

Before you say, "right tackles don't get drafted in the first round," what position does Fluker play?

Go watch Seantrel's tape without blind venom in your heart, and you will see something your hatred wouldn't allow you to before.
6'8" 330lbs but not Andre Smith blubber, feet like a dancer, long, long *** arms.
Add to that, that his bench numbers would have put him in the top 5 at last year's combine for OT's, and you have everything an NFL team looks for in a franchise offensive tackle.

I'm actually curious if he has a shot at a medical redshirt after the season. Might be in his best interests to apply for one, ball out for another year and enter the draft as a redshirt senior.

what r u talking about?... Michael Oher is a RT too, wtf do you think the RT position is a lesser position?? lol that position is just as important nowadays as the LT spot, if you had a clue.... and yes he is very talented, and the best RT on the team hands down. Bombs point is that of a self righteous ****** who thinks somehow whatever Seantrel did to get suspended for 1 game impacts "her" personal life.

Who cares he's a Senior and Seniors are still young.... I'm older then him and i still make mistakes. He has done way more positives w/ this team that's worth rewarding then crucifying him b/c he made another "minor" mistake. GTFOH If Al Golden and the team can move on from it then I can.

What has Seantrel done throughout his career..... have back surgery, have friends get killed, get into a car accident that could've killed a child, and had to go through the mental battle of trying to live up to expectations of being the #1 player in the country. But none of that has anything to do w/ his struggles on the team in the past, he's just a guy that's immature and never will get it.... **** THAT, even when Seantrel Henderson was in a lot more "trouble" then he is now, he still played his *** off when on the field.

Stop using perspective Buddha.. It's not allowed here. Zone, good stuff my man. People often forget how they acted when they were 21... Not every kid can be Mike James (that's why we appreciate the ones who are). I Stand With The []_[] isn't about supporting these guys just when life is peachy.. It's about having unwavering support regardless of circumstance. He's a Cane.. We should have his back.

You're exaggerating!
So a "colossal flop" would have Werner from Fsu stoned **** near the entire game. Ask Aaron Lynch how much Seantrel flops. I have never seen Seantrel get walked on his *** like Linder did versus Attouchu..
You sound butt hurt.. Over reacting..

lol @ seantrel being a colossal disappointment. He has been solid over his career. Not great, but definitely solid.

Glad he is here. He was the number 1 recruit in the nation so I definitely expected more. I expected full time starter or major contributer from day one.
I am glad he came back his senior yr and glad he is a cane.

This line is the main point of all...... guys on this board act like some stuck up ******s who would turn on their own mothers if they did anything wrong.

I'm just not built like that

I think the best defensive end he will have faced while at Miami was Fowler during the Florida game.
I went back and rewatched the fast forward up until midway through the 3rd quarter.
Any doubters as to Seantrel's ability should do the same.
He owned that guy, both pass and run blocking. Just owned him.

When his head is right, you'd be hard pressed to find an offensive tackle better than Seantrel in college football.

Guess you missed Golden talk about the situation. Or you think he made a good decision and got suspended because of it.

IMO Flowers > Henderson. Although I think Henderson is a good RT.

Guess we will see. I think Flowers leaves here a top 15 pick. Henderson might be a 2nd rounder although he has hurt himself with the off the field issues.

I think both are really good OT and lucky to have them. Henderson just needs to stop making bad decisions and put the team 1st.

Seantrel will probably be a 2nd round pick simply because his measurables will be off the charts at the combine. He'll probably be the biggest OT there, and he's a **** good athlete.

As long as he doesn't completely blunder the interview process or have any injury issues, he'll be fine. His tape is good enough here that NFL would risk it.
