lulz, the benchmark is now completion percentage not W's or L's, LMAO
This right here ^ I want you to say out loud to yourself that it wasn't a team effort that we won 10 games but rosier was the soul reason to win all those games and not once was he bailed out by our skill positions or defense...

and I gave him Total QBR, yet he quotes "completion %", which is actually figured into the QBRs as a component. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The main knock against Rosier is completion percentage (which is why I posted it, genius). A large portion of our drives on the year were halted because Rosier was horribly inaccurate and couldn't make a simple pass. This led to a lot of 3 and outs which put our defense right back on the field. QBR tends to be over inflated now, especially with the playmakers that we had on offense. But go ahead and stray away from the main premise that everyone's citing. You and @QuatroCane appear to be the two geniuses arguing on an island all by yourselves.

Of course it's a team game and our defense was a huge factor is the success of last year, who said otherwise? You can't pick one aspect of three games where he played well and try to use that are you basis of argument...well you can, but you look foolish in doing so.
Again, fact is you're within reason to blame one loss solely on him, Pitt, but in doing so you invalidate your whole team game mantra.

Do you actually watch games????

We beat Duke (Overall #21 D in the nation) 31-6, he had 270 yards passing, 2TD (A 163 QB rating) and ran for 45 yards and a TD.

Against UNC he threw for 356 yards and 3TDs, on the road in a win

Against UVA he threw for 3 TDs and ran for another TD in a blowout win

Tell me you are not serious?? TELL ME

In summary 3-0 record, 10 total TDs, and a QBR average of 148. That's "crap" to you?????????

SMH, you are no longer to give QB "analysis" IMO

THE END

The problem with your position is that you refuse to give him any credit for the 10 wins, but want him benched because of three losses and a low completion percentage.
No one is defending his completion percentage, but for me personally I refuse to sit here and let people trash the guy like he's garbage.

Explain 127/130 teams on 3rd down. Why he was so inaccurate on down the field passes as well as intermediate passes?
He is not accurate, I have said that a million times. Would you be surprised to know we were 110 the year before with Kaaya on 3rd downs?

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Because I recognized that the defense had to mask a lot of his shortcomings. It's also not just his accuracy either. Rosier stares down his first read and doesn't know how to go through his progressions. He'd probably be better in that respect if he had gave a crap his first 3 years (he admitted he didn't even watch film). Also, being complacent when we had a perfect season on the line during the Pitt game did it for me. But you do you, bud.
