Schiano to be new HC of Oregon Ducks?

Solid. He's one **** of a DC. I do not like him at OSU. Let him stink it up as a HC over there.

speaking of penn state....I actually think Penn State is a job he could probably do really well at....or Notre Dame.

he isn't a bad college coach only bad pro coach and got a lot of greif for things not his fault like staph infections, he won at Rutgers. no coach other then schiano in last 30 yrs has done that

I'm not saying that he would but he's talented enough to take a chance and bet that he's learned something for Saban and the overall program. Also, Oregon gets the majority of their recruits from Cali and he's recruited the area for a long time with success. His success with mediocre QBs has been unbelievable at Bama and the lack of development at that position is what made Oregon great and got Helfrich fired.

Actually the total plummet in talent level got Helfrich fired. Their talent, especially on defense, is deplorable.

The QB recruiting was beyond horrendous and they had to start FCS grad transfers the 2 years after Mariota. The transfer last year (Vernon Adams) was great whenever he was playing, but whenever he was injured Oregon was as bad as this year. Without Adams Oregon would have gone around 4-8 or 5-7 last year and Helfrich might have pulled off the unbelievable stunt of getting fired the year after going to the NC game. The FCS transfer they got this year was not good at all though.

The longtime DC under Belotti and Kelly retired after 2013 and he made unbelievably bad DC hires in Don Pellum and Brady Hoke.

Schiano is a bad college coRch. I can't believe some people wanted him as head coach at Miami.

He was a great coach at Rutgers. Made a poor sisters school relevant. The program fell apart after he left....

Thank god. Oregon can fall back to total irrelevancy where they belong. One of the biggest pretenders in CFB history.

Once Schiano gets fired from Oregon after 4 years with a 13-23 PAC record can we please ban anybody who suggested him for the Miami head coaching job?
