I know there was another thread on this but, is Tropical Park the site if Ruiz Family makes it happen?
Pretty much.

Coral Gables High is not a dime a dozen.
If the stadium is built in Coral gables then those two will have been a walk in the park compared to what will happen down here. HahahI've been to games a lot of places.
The 2 worst traffic places I've dealt with is Clemson and VT.
I've sat in traffic for nearly 2 hours at both places.
Georgia traffic is not as bad they have a perimeter around Athens that you jump on that helps greatly.
Auburn traffic was pretty bad, FSU traffic didn't seem to bad when I went. Georgia Tech traffic wasn't bad. Louisville traffic was easy because I left in beginning of 4th quarter.
Went to Orange Bowl in 2012, terrible traffic getting to game. We were staying in Biscayne Bay.
People complaining about people complain about traffic don't go to the games at Hard Rock. It's so obvious.BS, Hard Rock is an amazing venue for a variety of reasons, including direct turnpike access. Makes it a perfect location for fans from all over the State of Florida.
Ok genius tell us the roads we will take to get there.I still say tear down the high school
i will bet my entire life´s savings that it will not be built in the city of coral gables. never. ever. and to be clear, never, ever.If the stadium is built in Coral gables then those two will have been a walk in the park compared to what will happen down here. Hahah
I get in and out of Hard Rock in 15 minutes, don't know what your problem isPeople complaining about people complain about traffic don't go to the games at Hard Rock. It's so obvious.
Fans are not Visionaries..It feels like our fanbase has crapped on every viable location. I hope Ruiz knows what he’s doing.
No ****, i went there.Coral Gables High is not a dime a dozen.
Would be like bulldozing Miami SeniorCoral Gables High is not a dime a dozen.
Yes, because there would be no traffic concerns at the corner of Le Juene and Coral Way...lolOk genius tell us the roads we will take to get there.
This should be fun to hear LOL
So half the 3,000 kids will bus to South Miami High and the other half to Miami High? Why do you say that? According to US News rankings, it’s ranked #2,226 nationally. Seems like just another high school to me. Why not close it or move it to make way for the Canes?
Just hope the ”Goons” at the City and County level don’t ask him to line their pockets either directly, or via sweetheart deals. ****, they made money in both, the demolition of the OB, and the construction of what is now a state of the art tombstone.Yep...but if he can promise to overhaul the rest of the park (badly needed) then the county may let him pay for it all.
Typically renting for 6 days a year as opposed to owning 365 days a year, is more economically viable. Unless you intend to sell the property some day and collect the equity. It's not about Parking.
It's about moving from renter to Landlord.
Ahhh, the Money..
