Tyson Campbell was NOT coming to UM. Doesn't matter who was recruiting him. Go back and reread what went on with him - the signs were there from last spring. We all ignored them or explained them away...

Sean Taylor played against Chaminade. At the time Chaminade had pups...but that team alone probably had more div 1 level players than Pierre plays against for the year. Thats just off my head. He also ran roughshod over Chaminade. That Chaminade team had a few of our former playerrs on it

I am not trying to compare Pierre to Taylor or Lewis at all, just saying watch the player more than the comp.

Of course he has to dominate the lower level comp, and Pierre looks great on film against week comp, not as dominant as the two legends, but looks like a top 5 MLB in the nation on film.

I believe his comp more than anything is the reason he is ranked so low.

If he played at St Thomas (can't remember if they play a 4-3 or 3-4) it would be Solomon at Will, Huff at Sam, Pierre at Mike and Brown on the bench.

But they would most likely run a 3-4 if they don't already and have Huff and Pierre in the Middle and Solomon and Brown on the outside.

For his sake, I hope Cunningham gets his grades up so he can go to Miss St. So many of the MS kids end up in JUCO because their education system is terrible.

I'm guessing Tarquin gets his spot for us

I just put in a Crystal Ball for Southern Miss.

Until its known his grades has improved, I doubt he qualifies for any P5 school.

Not sure about that any of our coaches on that side of the ball are good at recruiting (maybe the new DL guy will be). But Rumph is more egregiously weak (losing a kid that you're "like a 2nd father to").

....and from the very beginning Tyson Campbell said LSU was his dream school growing up.
This kid was not a Cane like we all assumed. The kid WANTED TO LEAVE FLORIDA. I don't think it mattered who the **** our coach was recruiting him.

he gave his reasons why to. He was more comfortable with that bum AT UGA getting him to the pros and making him a better db than rumph. And Mel Tucker is a bum. They sold him on that and every other school did. The lengths yall folks go to i swear...

STA has 4 div 1 lbs currently. 1 is a Junior who we likely are over in next class. And Brown likely wont be on the bench....He has the most speed of all the guys named. i think they run a mix of 3-4 and 4-3 as they havent pulled as much dl in recruiting like thye normally do lol.

I Iike Pierre as a MLB i have no problem with him.

How is it under rating our kids to admit that we also missed on our top 2 targets in Campbell and Surtain and you could easily add Jobe to the list. They were losses and you can’t say it wasn’t.

I’m not crying at all and love our db’s, but people that don’t want to admit we missed on 3 big time players are delusional and using some revisionist history.

See a lot of people sleeping on Brown. I don’t get why. Been watching him since he was at pace.

And yeah STA got two 2020 LB were on. Devon Betty & Derek Wingo.
