Indeed I don't see why you would take a development QB in today's college football if your standard is winning. Neither judd or Emory looked like they were going to be starting power 4 QBs coming out of high school.
Emory was one of two quarterback commitments. Rashada was likely earmarked as the future. Emory was the developmental quarterback who was probably viewed as the long term backup.

If we can’t afford a big name I def would look at Georgia assistant . The Kirby tree on is the way to go imo if you can’t get some big name coach
I like Santucci from Ga Tech. Comes from that Elko tree I think. But I also would like someone with nfl experience, maybe Campanile, Hafley, etc.

Jizzing your pants over the Wazzu 3rd string because of what he did against a sorry Syracuse defense but saying no thanks to the FCS Heisman (that had better numbers than the same dude at the FCS level - against the top tier of FCS competition)

Y’all are wild

I'd be good taking a look at both. There's nothing to lose. for me personally, I saw the Syracuse-Wazzou game so that's my perspective.

He was Mateer’s backup. Mateer was named the starter at the end of spring ball.
