Pro Canes performing well for St. Louis

I read an article that mentioned that during the Rams preseason game Ken Dorsey was the color commentator and was absolutely ****ting on Coach Fisher's squad. Mainly his WR and WR coaches. Talking about how awful they are an the coaches must be worse etc.

The article goes on and mentions how Dorsey has his own problems at home since his daughter is a **** star. Is that common knowledge around here?

Jesus that sucks for him.

Ken Dorsey?

Ken Dorsey?!

Lets think about this for a second man...Dorsey is 32. You're thinking of Kosar, the drunk.

Kosar.

I find it such a pleasant contradiction of sorts that players thought to be of low success factor (I shared that perspective, never thought RR would cut it) are turning out just the opposite in the league. Kudos to them all for persevering and I hope they make it.

After Sam Shields hit the league and blew me away with his transition from college to the league, I refuse to doubt our kids potential. Good for Brandon and Ray.

I think McGee will be Shields 2.0. Kid has all the speed and athleticism to be a good CB in the league. We saw him preform better once he got better coaching this past year.

There is a lot to like about McGee, he is physical, has prototypical size and speed at the position. He also improved drastically in coverage, but where he lacks is pin pointing the ball once its in the air. His ball skills are just not there and that will get exposed in the league. I wish the kid the best, he gave it all last year, but lets see what happens when the games count. Shields was a whole other story, he had the skills just didn't have his head on straight. That and had problems catching, which is why he changed positions. Now I'm not gonna front and say I expected Shields was gonna do this well, but I just think he was a way better prospect than what his Miami career indicated.

Nice work by McGee, who was one of the most hated/under appreciated guys before his senior year. Hope he has a long career.

Under appreciated?

He didn't do **** prior to his senior year. There was nothing to appreciate or hate about him other than he was a ghost.

But he turned it around in a major way his senior year and I give him props for that.

Rams fan here. When Rams drafted McGee, they were planning on him starting out as a special teams demon. However, he has exceeded their expectations and like DMoney said, he is getting major reps in their dime package. As for Ray Ray, he has looked good but right now is practice squad candidate. As for Washington, he was impressing during camp, but have not heard much lately. Cannon Smith was also signed as a RFA by the Rams but was cut about a month ago.

Lmao. I live in Denver. Saw that live, some hick at the Bar in Chili's was way too into it for a preseason game.

He came unblocked on a blitz, and the quarterback rotated his way to make matters worse. Looked smooth and Osweiler is a big kid so bringing him down is easier said than done, but this is a routine tackle for any NFL linebacker.
